Morning Smoothie

I have been drinking smoothies for breakfast for the last few weeks. They are helpful to get my protein in and also get out the door on time! Lasagna With a Twist

I had a week off from school so I wanted to try a new and creative recipe. I subscribe to Inspiralized emails, which I highly recommend as she has great and creative recipes that all revolve around turning veggies and fruits into noodles to be used in delicious and easy dishes! Ava started with early intervention at about 3 months. We moved when she was 6 months old and she continued early intervention every week with a physical therapist. Baked Oatmeal

Another family favorite, I added apples and left out the banana. I also used cashew milk instead of almond milk. Great for breakfast or a snack!  http://www.fannetasticfood.com/2012/02/14/simple-baked-oatmeal-recipe/
