Crockpot Beans

My friend DeAnna sent me this recipe and it's so easy to make since you just throw everything in the crockpot and cook it! I would recommend doubling the recipe as its so good and makes for great leftovers, if you have any!

Lasagna With a Twist

I had a week off from school so I wanted to try a new and creative recipe. I subscribe to Inspiralized emails, which I highly recommend as she has great and creative recipes that all revolve around turning veggies and fruits into noodles to be used in delicious and easy dishes! Not the best picture but this kale and rutabaga lasagna is awesome! Click here for the link.

Frittata

I typically make a frittata the day before I go grocery shopping. I add any leftover veggies that I had not used during the week. The picture below contains tomatoes , spinach, leftover stir fry veggies, zoodles, and cheese. The pan is a 12 inch which I feel works very well. Hope you enjoy! http://www.thekitchn.com/how-to-make-a-frittata-cooking-lessons-from-the-kitchn-170717
