Frittata

I typically make a frittata the day before I go grocery shopping. I add any leftover veggies that I had not used during the week. The picture below contains tomatoes , spinach, leftover stir fry veggies, zoodles, and cheese. The pan is a 12 inch which I feel works very well. Hope you enjoy!

Morning Smoothie

I have been drinking smoothies for breakfast for the last few weeks. They are helpful to get my protein in and also get out the door on time! I love this smoothie because it has coffee in it, I also leave out the ice and add a half cup frozen chopped spinach. Will update with picture later. This recipe is from Love and Zest

Energy Balls
